Part 1: What Kinds of Information Do We Collect on the WebMD fit Site?
We do not require visitors to provide any personal information, such as name, address, email address, phone number or other directly identifying information, to use or enjoy the Site.
We passively collect certain other information (non-personal and specific types of personal information under COPPA) through the standard operation of WebMD fit's Internet servers. This information allows Us to keep the Site running efficiently and to gather statistical information about usage of the Site. The information We collect includes the browser that you use and the operating system you are using. We may also collect other kinds of information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the number of visits to different pages on the Site and how often a game is played.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We also use Web Beacons (also called clear gifs) that help Us manage content on the Site by informing Us what content is effective. "Web Beacons" are tiny graphics or code that use a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, Web Beacons are embedded on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by Web Beacons to any personal information provided by users.
Upon request WebMD will provide you with information about whether We hold any of your personal information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Part 2: Protecting Your Children on WebMD fit and Other Safety Concerns

Part 3: Third Party Sites
We do not endorse, recommend or suggest any website, service or content shared on any third-party website including, but not limited to, any third-party website that is linked from the WebMD fit Site. If you click on a link to another website, it is important for you to know that the website may have different policies regarding the kind of information it may collect about you and how this information may be used.
We are not responsible for the policies or practices of any third-party website. You should review the privacy policies of other websites you visit or link to from Our Site to understand how these other websites collect and use your information. You will need to contact those websites directly if you have any questions about their privacy policies or the information the websites collect and how they use that information.
