Sweat Making: (Awkward!)
With stress can come sweat. Even if you're in an air conditioned room, too much caffeine from energy drinks can make you lose your cool and sweat. Gross!
To avoid the sweaty, nervous feeling that can come from energy drinks, start giving them up. To quit, do it slowly over time. Cut back over a few days or weeks. You'll be more likely to be able to give them up than if you try to just stop suddenly.
