William Fredette, MD
William Fredette, MD, is an expert medical reviewer of content on WebMD fit and Raising fit Kids. He is a practicing pediatrician in upstate New York. Dr. Fredette completed his undergraduate work in English and communications at Ithaca College. After several years in public broadcasting producing award-winning historical documentaries and interactive distance learning series for elementary school students, he returned to New York and earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College. He completed his pediatrics residency at Albany Medical Center where he received the Otto Faust award for excellence in teaching and patient care.

Nazario is the health expert for Women's Health Magazine. After obtaining her medical degree at the University of Noreste School of Medicine in Mexico, Nazario completed her residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of California in Irvine.

Kathleen Zelman, MPH, RD, LD, is director of nutrition for WebMD, overseeing diet, nutrition, and food information. Among other duties, she serves as senior nutrition correspondent, writes features, columns, diet book reviews, and newsletters, provides expert editorial review of diet and nutrition articles, and covers national meetings.
